Why I do this work...

There was a point where everything looked right from the outside. I was moving forward by every visible measure. But something wasn’t connecting — and I couldn’t name it.

Coaching cracked that open. Not with answers. With the right questions. That experience didn’t just change how I led — it changed how I understood myself.

I do this work because I’ve sat in that chair.

Most people find their way here not because something is wrong - but because something that should feel like enough - doesn't.

Curiosity is My Operating System

Curiosity is my operating system. I’ve always needed to understand what’s underneath — not just what happened, but why it keeps happening. That instinct made me and placed me on the short list as a Nationally Recognized CCOHS Investigator (Labour Canada). It made me a coach. And it’s the foundation of the Pattern Decoder Methodology and my investigative, assessment and fractional HR Practice.

Whether I’m conducting a workplace investigation or sitting across from an individual or business leader hitting the same ceiling — the question is always the same: what’s actually running this and how can it be understood and decoded?

My practice spans two distinct but connected areas.  The through line for both is the same:  I reach under the pattern and surface to discover what is actually driving the behaviours; and deliberately create new neural pathways to achieve better and stronger outcomes.
