The INVACC Group began in 2019 with a simple mission: to help organizations find clarity and integrity in the moments that matter most. What started with workplace investigations under the Canada Labour Code quickly grew into something bigger: a trusted partnership focused on creating workplaces where people can genuinely thrive. Over time, our work expanded to include Human Resources support, policy and workplace audits, compliance reviews, and leadership coaching all guided by the belief that trust and purpose should be at the heart of every workplace.
Today, we partner with organizations and leaders who are ready for meaningful, lasting change. From workplace assessments and fractional HR support to Executive and NLP Coaching, our work is about helping people and teams grow in ways that feel both authentic and sustainable.
