I'm Tuhin Jajal.

For over 25 years I’ve been the person organizations call when trust breaks down; and the person individuals call when they’re hitting every mark that’s supposed to mean they’ve made it, and it still doesn’t feel like enough.

There was a stretch where that second description was mine. Coaching is what cracked it open. I built the Pattern Decoder Methodology because I needed it first.

What I do.

I walk into rooms that others avoid and find out what's actually running it.

I get called in when trust is broken, processes are breaking down and direction is required.

I ask the hard questions no one else will, independently, and I don’t leave until I have the truth of what happened.

I sit across from people who are checking their boxes and still feel stuck or like their 'something' still feels disconnected.

I find the loop they’re running underneath the performance, and I help them break it.

Two rooms. One instinct: find what's actually running the show.

Why I Do It

"Most people find their way to me not when something is obviously wrong, but when something that should feel like enough doesn't."

I’m not simply interested in managing symptoms of smaller and larger issues. I’m deeply interested in the pattern underneath them and getting to the root and heart of the matter to drive foundational strength and long-term, sustainable outcomes for all.

How it helps you.

You stop repeating the same patterns and behaviours you didn't know you were repeating.

The pattern only changes once it's actually seen.

That's the work: seeing it clearly, naming it honestly, giving you something concrete to do differently.

Why will it move you forward?

Insight without action is
just a more articulate way
of staying stuck.

Every engagement ends with a pattern interrupted; and new one, that finally serves you, in its place.
